What are the minimum requirements?

MidiStickers is lightweight and designed to run smoothly on modern Windows and macOS systems. Apple Silicon devices (M1 and newer) are recommended for optimal performance on macOS. However, MidiStickers is also fully compatible with Intel-based Macs. If you would like to confirm compatibility with your setup, we recommend downloading the free demo version and testing it on your system.

Do I need a MIDI Controller?

A MIDI controller is definetely required to get the most out of MidiStickers. However, you can use the built-in virtual Piano and Fretboard to generate MIDI from your keyboard, or integrate with other MIDI software via virtual MIDI cables.

Does MidiStickers generate sounds for my MIDI Controller?

Yes, MidiStickers features an internal synthetizer with the full GM Set. You can also route MIDI to your DAW/VSTi with minimal delay.

Can I use MidiStickers during my Zoom lessons or for video capture/streaming?

Yes! Just share your screen or hit the capture button and you are easy to go. Forget setting up complicated layouts, this is as easy as it gets.

Can I use the same license on different devices?

You can install MidiStickers in different devices, however you can only use your license on one simultaneous device at a time. When you need to change machines, you can revoke your existing license and transfer it to a different machine from our web portal.

Is MidiStickers Pro a one-time purchase, or do I have to pay every month?

MidiStickers Pro is a one-time purchase. When you buy a license, you can use the software indefinitely — no renewals or subscriptions. Your license includes access to the full core feature set and updates within your licensed version. In the future, additional content or modules may be offered separately, but your existing license will always remain valid.

Is MidiStickers coming to mobile or tablets?

A full-featured version for mobile or tablets is unlikely. However, we may consider releasing limited-features versions for these platforms.

How can I get a quote for my school, music departament or music lab?

How can I update to the latest version?

You can download the latest version from https://midistickers.moonbase.sh using your license login and password.

Why does MidiStickers displays notes with double flats and sharps?

Our software prioritizes theoretical consistency to support teaching scenarios and enhance our real-time analysis engine. For a more practical-oriented approach, you can adjust enharmonic settings in certain widgets.
